Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled or amended- you can of course send it back if you'd like to once you have received your goods
Can I change my delivery address after I’ve placed an order?
You can not change your delivery address once an order has been made, please make sure you enter the correct address.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive an email with a tracking link, if you fail to receive this please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
What if my order is faulty or something is missing?
All items are inspected before shipment but in the unlikely case of this happening we will be happy to assist you straight away, please email us.
How do I return an item?
Please email us if you would like to process a return with your order number and name, we will be happy to assist you. All items must be in the exact condition you received your order in- all tags still attached. We do not cover the cost of shipping and we advise you keep the proof of shipping safe as it is your responsibility until it reaches us.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has reached us please allow unto 14 working days for your refund to reach you.
