How to create your International Return
DHL Express will collect your items on a day / time slot of your choice from your chosen address. We will receive your items back at our UK site within a few days and we will process your refund within 14 days.
We will deduct the return fee from your refund. See return fees below:
- Europe - £15
- USA & Canada £15
- Rest of world £20
You can of course return items to the address below using any other tracked method of your choice. We take no responsibility for returns not being delivered if you choose to do this. Please keep hold of any proof of postage receipts.
