RETURNS

We have a strict 14 days return policy- any unwanted items must be returned to us within 14 days of receiving to be eligible for a refund.

We understand that us girls can get carried away whilst adding to our shopping cart and may sometimes want to return an unwanted item. Although we hope you LOVE your WANDER DOLL purchases, we are happy to refund or exchange any unwanted items as long as the product meets our returns requirements.

PLEASE USE A TRACKED DELIVERY SERVICE, WE CANNOT REFUND UNLESS WE RECEIVE THE PARCEL BACK TO US.

Please understand that during these busy periods there may be delays with orders- please email us if you need your order for a specific date.

- Sale purchases are non refundable but are exchangeable. 

PRE ORDER & MADE TO ORDER

Please note that you can NOT cancel your order once you have made it so please read the full description. Once you have received your pre order if it is not suitable you can of course return within 14 days. 

Please do NOT remove any ribbon attached to your order as we will not be able to accept this back for a return. 

Your return will need to be returned & received by us within 14 days of you receiving your order- after this time your item will be sent back to you. If your order does not reach us in time we will not be able to refund or exchange and the item will be sent back to you​

We do not cover the cost for postage on returns and advise you use a recorded service as the goods are your responsibility until they reach us.

Please make sure your item is returned in the exact same condition you received it in- there is NO make-up, deodorant/ scent or fake tan marks as we will not be able to refund/exchange the product for you. Our products are carefully designed and we take pride in using beautiful materials, before we send any products out for delivery each product is carefully checked before it is posted, however if you was to receive a faulty item please do send us an email and we will resolve your issue right away. 

- If you have ribbon attached to your garment this can NOT be removed.

-Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Once we have receiving your returned goods, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.

-​Please remember to indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange please remember to identify what item & size you would like in exchange.
