Orders must be collected within 7 days of confirmation. 

If you require additional time, please email us in advance and we'll be happy to extend this where possible. 

If an order is not collected within 7 days and we haven't heard from you, the order will be cancelled and refunded. A 20% handing and restocking deduction will be applied, as the stock has been help and unavailable for resale during this time.
