You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
At Wander Doll, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, we offer a hassle-free returns process that follows the guidelines outlined below:
- You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To initiate the return process, register the return via our returns portal here. Simply input your order number, or channel reference number if looking at your physical paper invoice (please make sure to include the '#'), your email address and select the item(s) you are wanting to return. Whilst there is no initial fee to register your return, £3.99 will be deducted from your refund when processed.
- Once you've logged the return on our portal, you have an additional 14 days to return the items to us. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused, with no smell of scent, and in the original packaging with ribbons and tags attached. If your return is not received within these following 14 days, we can only offer store credit.
- We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at our HQ. Please note that the refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
Exclusions
Wander Doll does not accept international exchanges. Returns are accepted for eligible items as outlined in this policy, but exchanges for international orders are not available.
Any item including a hygiene sticker will not be accepted by our returns team if the hygiene sticker has been removed. This is in place to ensure customer safety. If any items have been returned with the hygiene stickers removed, we reserve the right to return these back to you.
If for any other reason your return does not meet our returns policy, the return will be rejected and returned to yourself. You will be notified about this via email.
Faulty Items
If you think you may have received a faulty or damaged item, you must inform our team via email at customerservice@wander-doll.com within 30 days of receiving the item. We kindly ask you to include images of the damage or fault when you get in touch with the team.
Please note that we MUST be notified about this before the item is worn or the return is sent.
Discounts
Please note that Wander Doll have the right to amend or remove discount codes or promotions at any time. We apologise for any disappointment caused by this.
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to existing orders and must be applied by the customer at the checkout at the time of purchase.
International Returns
Upon inspection of your return, should we find that the security ribbons / swing tags have been removed or that any damage has been caused to the item, meaning it cannot be resold, a refund will not be issued.
The customer will be notified of the rejected return and must then provide a return label and arrange for collection of the item(s) via their chosen courier. We require that you send us the return label within 30 days of us notifying you of the rejected return. If we do not receive the return labels within this timeframe, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
Damage includes but is not limited to stains, scents, tears and holes in the garment.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Please note — if you purchase an order using a gift card as well as a debit/credit card and you are wanting to return an item(s), refunds are credited back to the original gift card first and any excess will be credited back to your debit/credit card.
