How do I cancel my order?

How do I track my order?

How do I return an item?
You are more than welcome to return any unwanted/unworn items providing that all original tags are still intact. Please see our full returns policy and portal here.



What should I do if I have received an incorrect/faulty item?
All items are inspected before shipment but in the unlikely case of this happening we will be happy to assist you straight away, please email us on customerservice@wander-doll.com

 

How long does a refund take? 

Once your return has reached us please allow 14 working days for your refund to reach you.
